Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. 

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, including all packaging, certificates, and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Details

  • Full Refund: Eligible returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method. There will be no restocking fee charged.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

  • If shipping the item back, please use a trackable and insured method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
